Remember how much time was wasted ,
lounging ,not being active ,

Remember How long it took
for you becoming shapeless ,

Remember How many times you gave in
for temptations that were useless

So now ,

Remember to Be kind
to yourself ,
Give time to yourself,
give your fullest ,
To sweat it out everyday ,

Remember to Restrict yourself ,
to eat,only healthy meals everyday ,

Remember to Push yourself ,
to do that workout that gets you back in shape !

Remember to cherish each small achievement along the way ,
the spring in step ,
that Sound sleep ,
That loss of an inch
Every thing needs to be relished !

Yes Exercise is a magic Pill ,

but you have to take it every single day !
